These terms cover your use of Replicly. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Replicly provides research tools that apply published investment principles to public company data. It is a research and education service, not financial advice; see our disclaimer. You're responsible for your own investment decisions.
You must be 18 or over. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person per account.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT where it applies. You can cancel at any time from your settings; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time except where the law requires it. If you're a UK consumer you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing for a refund, less a proportionate amount for any analyses already run.
Allowances are listed on the pricing page. Don't scrape the service, resell its output, share accounts, or try to get around limits or security. API access is subject to the limits shown in the API docs.
Analyses are generated for your own use. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Public research pages may be shared freely by link. Underlying filings belong to their authors and are public records.
We aim for the service to be available and accurate but can't promise it will always be either. We may change features or these terms; we'll tell you about material changes by email or in the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for investment losses or for decisions you make using the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your account in settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
